The Human Potential for Transformation

Workshops, Masterclasses & Seminars

In her seminars, workshops and masterclasses, Tania Singer combines decades of research with extensive experience in designing mental training programs to improve personality, social cognition and emotion, resilience and mental health. Her scientifically-based executive and management master classes are also based on Tania’s expertise in neuroeconomics. She develops and leads workshops and seminars for the business, education and health sectors. These courses are adapted to the needs of the target group in terms of length, content and practical exercises. In her workshops and seminars, she combines neuroscientific knowledge with personal mental practice, including partner-based dyadic exercises.

With her highly structured, eight-week ReConnect! Dyad programs, Tania also offers evidence-based two-month transformation journeys. For more information, visit the web page: tsi-reconnect.com

Our dyad workshop formats

From Empathic Stress to Compassion

Our four-hour to full-day Dyad-based workshops on empathy and compassion are a particularly popular format. In between scientific psycho-biological presentations and partner-based exercises, participants learn the difference between empathy and compassion (and empathic and compassionate listening), and how to avoid empathic stress and build resilience through gratitude. These skills are particularly valuable for health workers, managers and educators.

Our ReConnect! Compassion Journeys and Masterclasses are particularly well-suited follow-up courses to integrate the takeaways into everyday life.

A workshop for the Academy of the Berlin Senate

Safe in Times of Crisis!

On September 29, 2026, Tania Singer led a four-hour workshop entitled “Staying safe in a crisis: How do we remain agile, healthy, and socially competent under pressure?” as part of the Berlin Women Entrepreneurs Academy of the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises.

Through a combination of scientific presentations and practical exercises with partners, 60 participants learned how to better manage stress and difficult emotions, to increase their resilience, and to develop their social skills through better reflection and empathy. Numerous exercises with changing partners partners have also provided an opportunity for social interaction and the development of new networks.

44th Goldegg Dialogues: Keynote & Workshop

Compassion, Empathy, and Peace from a Neuroscientific Perspective

As part of the 44th Dialogues at Goldegg Castle (June 4–6, 2026) on the subject “Building Bridges – Resolving Entanglements: Practical Paths to Greater Peace,” Tania Singer gave one of the keynote talks in the castle’s grand hall on the topic of “Compassion, Empathy, and Peace from a Social Neuroscientific Perspective” and led a two-day workshop.

In an interdisciplinary dialogue, Tania combined neuroscientific findings with concrete examples of personal and societal paths to greater peace and the interplay of body, mind, and soul. Her workshop concluded with practical mental exercises and experiential collaborative work.

30+ Years of Experience in Developing Mental Training Programs

Tania Singer has spent more than 30 years designing evidence-based mental training programs and exercises – both for her research projects, for her workshops as well as for ReConnect!. These transformative intervention programs include three 3-month training modules in the context of the 9-month-long ReSource project, 10-week online programs in the context of the CovSocial project and 8-week online programs for the Edu:Social School and HealthCare projects. She develops both the comprehensive psychological and neurobiological teaching content and the accompanying exercises, from mindfulness and emotion regulation to partner-based training in social skills, conflict resolution, and multiperspectivity. In doing so, she combines scientific insights with practical experience gained through decades of personal participation in retreats and personality development courses across several continents. The result is a set of structured learning and transformation processes that integrate scientific rigor with direct, experiential learning.
